Freight: Orders are shipped ground F.O.B. origin via UPS, USPS or common carrier unless otherwise requested. Air shipments are subject to dimensional weight pricing.

Returns: No returns accepted without prior written authorization (RMA). No returns accepted after thirty (30) days. Returns for non-defective merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking fee. A credit/refund (less freight charges) will be issued after merchandise is received and inspected for damage or wear. All lighting products are not returnable. An exchange will be issued if item is found defective. All body side moldings are not returnable.

Damages: All merchandise is carefully packed for shipment. Our liability ceases when the freight carrier accepts the merchandise. Carefully inspect merchandise before accepting. Where damages occur, refuse to accept the shipment unless the freight carrier notes the extent of the damage on the bill of lading.

Warranty Information: Unless specifically note, items carry a One (1) Year Warranty.  Proof of Purchase required for warranty claims.  Lighting and Body Panels/Ground Effects carry a Thirty (30) Day Warranty.
